1. This appeal is directed against the order passed by the learned District Judge-6, Aurangabad in Civil M.A. No.40/2022 directing that the permanent custody of the minor child Kartik shall be given to his mother (respondent).

2. The mother (respondent) had filed the application under section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 claiming permanent custody of her minor son Kartik, who was in custody of appellant.
