2. By this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner, who is working as Stenographer in the Commissioner of Police, Amravati is seeking directions against the respondent No.9 – Police Station Officer, Police Station Gadge Nagar, Amravati to register crime and conduct enquiry of the complaint dated 18/06/2021 as respondents No.3 and 4 have violated right of privacy of the petitioner.
