1. At the outset, Court Receiver’s Report is tendered which is taken record.
2. This is an action for infringement of trade mark, copyright and passing off. By order of 21st October, 2024 this Court had granted ad-interim relief in respect of infringement of trade mark and copyright. At that stage as leave under clause XIV of Letters Patent (Bombay) was not obtained the relief in respect of passing off was not granted.
3. By order of 13th June 2025, this Court has granted leave under Clause XIV for combining the cause of action of passing off with the cause of action for infringement of trade mark and copyright.
4. Learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiff would seek ad-
interim relief in respect of passing off.
