When the matter was called out in the morning session, Mr.Bhavik Lalan, learned Counsel, appeared for the Defendant no.1 and informed the Court that despite directions of this Court to the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority (CCRA), Pune, to decide the appeal dated 3rd April 2018 filed against the order of adjudication within a period of six weeks after following due procedure established by law and following the principles of natural justice, failing which, this Court would pass appropriate orders entirely at the peril of the concerned officials including initiation of proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 and despite two dates of hearing, the appeal has not been decided til
