By the present Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (“ BNSS ” for short), the Applicant is before this Court seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No. 164 of 2024 registered with Mahalunge M.I.D.C. Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad for the offences punishable under Sections 302 , 364, 201, 212, 120(B), 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (“ IPC ” for short) and Sections 3(1)(i)(ii), 3(2) & 3(4) of the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999 (“MCOC Act” for short).
