2. Applicant is an Accused in Crime No.106 of 2021 registered with Deola Police Station, District Nashik for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the IPC, 1860. Said crime is registered as Sessions Case No.46 of 2022 and is pending before the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik.

3. FIR was registered on the basis of the complaint lodged by Informant Dipak Shantaram Deore (son of the Applicant). Case of the prosecution is that on 8^th August, 2021, when the Informant woke up in the morning, he noticed the Applicant running helter skelter in the house with a sharp weapon in his hand, with injuries on his head. Informant noticed Applicant was hysterical, behaving strangely and was harming himself with the said weapon in his hand. Informant with great difficulties controlled the Applicant by taking help of neighbours. After having controlled the Applicant, the Informant noticed that his mother was lying in a pool of blood with injuries.

4. Applicant was arrested on 24^th August, 2021. Bail Application at Exhibit-9 filed by the Applicant in Sessions Case No.46 of 2022 was dismissed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik, vide order dated 9^th November, 2023.
