2. The Consent Terms are signed by the Petitioner/Wife- Leena Lincen Thommana and the Respondent/Husband-Lincen Louis Thommana. The Consent Terms are also signed by the respective Advocates. Respective Advocates have identified the signatures of the Petitioner and the Respondent.

3. The Petitioner/Wife- Leena Lincen Thommana and the Respondent/Husband-Lincen Louis Thommana are personally present in Court and they state that they have settled the dispute in terms of the Consent Terms.

4. Accordingly, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked ‘X’ for identification. The said Consent Terms read as under:

“CONSENT TERMS

1. That the Petitioner and Respondent abovenamed are Wife and husband, have agreed to settle the all disputes and difference between them amicably.
