ORDER:

1. This is an action for infringement of Trade Mark, copyright and passing off. Vide order dated 20th October, 2023, ex-parte ad- interim reliefs were granted against the Defendant for infringement of trade mark and copyright by use of the impugned marks “CREATA” and “CATE” in respect of identical goods.
