By this petition, the petitioner has taken exception to the order dated 27.02.2013 passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Panaji (' Appellate Court' for short) in Criminal Appeal No. 29 of 2012 and the judgment and order dated 16.01.2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, (B - Court), Ponda (' Trial Magistrate' for short) in Criminal Case No. 59 / AOA / DVA / 2011 / B.
