This Commercial Arbitration Appeal is directed against the order dated 4^th August 2025 in Commercial Arbitration Petition (L) No. 21599 of 2025. By the aforesaid order dated 4^th August 2025, the learned single Judge of this Court issued interim protective measures under section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in the following terms: -

“48. Therefore, in my opinion, interim protective measures in exercise of the jurisdiction under Section 9 of the Act would follow in terms of prayers clauses (a) and (b), which, upon moulding by this Court, would read thus:
