1. The Applicant seeks relaxation of the condition, which was modified by order dated 5^th September 2024 passed by this Court (Coram: Manish Pitale, J) by deleting conditions (c) and (d) originally imposed in bail order dated 23^rd January 2023 passed by this Court (Coram: M.S. Karnik, J.). The modified condition reads thus;

“The applicant shall not enter jurisdiction of Vishnu Nagar Police Station, Dombivali, except for abiding by condition (b) imposed in the order dated 23.01.2023.”

2. Now, the Applicant seeks further modification of the aforesaid modified condition and condition (b) originally imposed in the bail order dated 23^rd January 2023. Since the Complainant and other witnesses re
