1. Pursuant to order dated 12th December 2025, a compliance report of surety is received by the Registrar (Judicial-1) and is placed before the Court today. As per the said Report, the Applicant has made a false statement that surety papers have not been accepted by the Trial Court and learned Trial Court has specifically stated that the Applicant has not understood the difference between “acceptance of surety papers” and “acceptance of the suretyship” by the order of this Court.
2.
