1. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that since this Writ Petition has already been admitted and there is already an interim order of protection operating in favour of the Petitioner, the Writ Petition be finally heard after re-opening of the winter vacation on a fixed date. The said prayer is not opposed by the Petitioner’s counsel.
2. In view of above, list the matter again on 28th January 2026 at 3.00 p.m.
3. Interim Application(s) shall also be taken for consideration at the time of final hearing of the Writ Petitoin
4. Interim order granted earlier to continue till next date.
