1. This is an application for Anticipatory Bail.

2. The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No. 1766 of 2025 registered at Mumbra Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5), 351(2), 352, 115(2), 85 & 108 of

the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The present applicant is the father-in-law of the deceased. It is alleged that the present applicant and the husband of the deceased were mentally and physically ill-treating her, due

to which, on the date of incident, which took place on 03.11.2025, the deceased committed suicide by hanging herself at her residence. It is alleged that on the date of incident, the deceased had called the first informant and told her that the co-accused husband was threatening to divorce the deceased as well as forcing her to leave the matrimonial residence.
