CORAM DR. NEELA GOKHALE, J.
DATED: 09TH DECEMBER 2025
PC:-
1. The Registry has not placed the papers in the present matter before the Court. Despite repeated orders, reminders and requests made to the Registry to place the papers of proceedings which are listed before the Court, yet
the papers of many matters are not placed before the Court.
2. Hence, I am unable to effectively determine the issues in the matter and I am compelled to take an extra copy from the learned APP to hear the matter.
3. This order be sent to the Registrar General and the Registrar Judicial-I with a request to note the difficulty and to ensure that the papers of the matters listed before the Court are placed before the Court on that date.
4. I have proceeded to hear the matter by accepting a copy from the learned APP. By way of the present Application, the applicant seeks modification of Condition No. ‘D’ of bail order dated 02nd September, 2025.
5. I have perused the application carefully. The condition (clause D) which is sought to be modified also has a rider to facilitate the applicant to leave the territorial jurisdiction of the State of Maharashtra by taking written permission of the Trial Court.
6. It appears from the record that the applicant has not attempted to make any application to seek such permission.
7. I have also perused the grounds mentioned in the Application on the basis of which such modification is sought. No ground is made out in the Application to justify the modification of the condition in the order dated 02nd September, 2025.
8. Hence, the said application is rejected and disposed of accordingly.
