1) The Appellant has challenged the Judgment and Order dated 27^th April 2023, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune in Sessions Case No.255 of 2010. Vide the impugned Judgment and Order, the Appellant was convicted for commission of offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (in short “I.P.C.”). He was sentenced to suffer life imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.3,000/-, and in default to suffer further rigorous imprisonment for six months.
