1. On 2nd December, 2025, the following order was passed :

“1. On 28th November 2025, the following order was passed :-

"1) Pursuant to our Order dated 26th November 2025, Mr. Sandeep Yadav, Deputy Manager, National Highway Authority of India (NHAI), is present before us.

2) Mr Rakesh Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the NHAI assures to work out an access to the Petitioner's land and also to put some barricades to ensure that no untoward incident takes place on the road, where the road widening is happening.

3) Stand over to 2nd December 2025. To be listed on the Supplementary Board."

2. Mr. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent - NHAI has tendered a letter dated 1" December 2025 issued by the VME Highways Private Ltd. to the Project Director, NHAI. To the said letter are annexed photographs of the barricades, which have been done to prevent any untoward incident. The said letter along with the annexures is taken on record and copy thereof is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not dispute the fact that the barricades have been done. He further states that the issue vis-a-vis access to the petitioner's land has not yet been resolved.

4. In fact, on the last date we had requested the officers of NHAI to sit along with the petitioners and work out the issue i.e. access to the petitioner's land. However, it appears that the NHAI officers have not contacted the petitioner, as a result of which the meeting could not take place.

5. Mr. Singh on instructions of the officer present in the Court assures that a meeting will be arranged tomorrow at 4.00 p.m. He further states that any other stakeholders, if any, will be requested to attend the meeting and that the grievance will be amicably resolved.

Statement accepted.

6. Stand over to 10th December, 2025. To be placed on the Supplementary Board.”

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 / NHAI has tendered the photographs to show that a ramp has been constructed so as to enable the petitioner to atleast ply the vehicles for the time being. Learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

3. Mr. Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 / NHAI submits that as soon as the NHAI road is complete, the finishing work of the kachha road will be done.

Statement accepted.

4. In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the NHAI, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition.

5. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
