1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties on these petitions. The prayers as made in these petitions are similar. As common questions of law and fact are involved, we find it appropriate to dispose of these petitions by a common order. It will be appropriate to note the prayers as made in the lead petition (Writ Petition (L) No. 16635 of 2025), which reads thus:

“a) This Hon’ble Court be pleased to direct and order respondent nos. 1 to 4 after obtaining Occupation Certificate, to allot and handover possession of Shop/Gala admeasuring 225 sq. ft. carpet area on the ground floor of the rehab building being constructed on all that piece and parcel of land and ground bearing C.S. Nos. 2/136 (part), 110 (Part) and 109(part) of Lower Parel Division admeasuring approximately 10,067.58 square meters and lying, being and situate at the junction of Dainik Shivner Marg and Manjrekar Lane at Worli, Mumbai 400 018.
