1. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. Petitioner seeks permission to amend the petition, in terms of the suggested amendment, stated in the said praecipe, dated 08.01.2026. Proposed amendment is appeared to be relevant. Hence, submission is accepted. Petitioner to carry out an amendment withing period of 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Consequential amendment, if any, stands allowed. Furthermore, in case of online petition, the petitioner to upload the amended petition, within period of 05 days from the date of amendment. Upon filing an additional affidavit by the petitioner, confirming the proposed amendment, the re-verification, if any, stands dispensed with. He is mentioning that reverification may be dispensed with. However, in regard of the re-verification, order is passed and this fact was told to him and Ld. Advocate. Even thereafter, he continue with his submission again and again. Hence, it would be proper to refer this incident to the Hon’ble Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay for necessary information and issuance of directions, if any.

3. Final Order is already passed and therefore, the petition is removed from the board. Upon compliance the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to move a praecipe to the department about the compliance and for issuance of the grant.

1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that the deceased, namely Anoop Singh Sikh, is died at Abu Dhabi UAE on 31.08.2025. Accordingly, concern Authority in the said Country has issued the death certificate of the deceased. Its copy is at Exhibit "A- 1". The Dead Body of the said deceased was cremated disposed of at Mumbai on 02.09.2025 and such certificate is issued by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that as per the provisions of the Abu Dhabi UAE, only one copy of the death certificate is issued and second copy of the said death certificate is not going to be issued.
