1. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. Petitioner seeks permission to amend the petition, in terms of the suggested amendment, stated in the said praecipe, dated 08.01.2026. 1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that the deceased, namely Anoop Singh Sikh, is died at Abu Dhabi UAE on 31.08.2025. Accordingly, concern Authority in the said Country has issued the death certificate of the deceased. Its copy is at Exhibit "A- 1". The Dead Body of the said deceased was cremated disposed of at Mumbai on 02.09.2025 and such certificate is issued by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai.
