This is an appeal challenging judgment and order passed in Sessions Case No.274 of 2021 on 02^nd March 2024 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ambad sofar as convicting the present appellant who is the original accused No.5, for the commission of offence punishable under Section 307 of Indian Penal Code (hereinafter referred to as the “IPC” for the sake of brevity).
