ORAL JUDGMENT:
1. These petitions are filed by elected members of the
managing committee. They call in question the order passed by the
competent authority under the Maharashtra Co operative Societies
Act, 1960. By the said order, proceedings were initiated under
Section 154B 23(3) of the Act. The petitioners were disqualified
for a period of five years. The stated reason is alleged non
compliance with the direction of the Registrar to furnish certain
documents demanded by respondent No.2. The petitioners have
also assailed the consequential order passed under Section 77A of
the Act, by which an Administrator came to be appointed t
