3. In the Chamber Summons several reliefs are sought. However,

at present, Ms. Memon, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant

is pressing prayer clauses (b) and (g), which are as follows:

“b) that the Defendants abovenamed be required by

an order of this Hon’ble Court to file their Affidavit

stating particulars of their properties etc., as

provided under Order 21 Rule 41 of the Code of

Civil Procedure, 1908 since the Decree/Award dated

09.01.2015 passed by the Learned Arbitral Tribunal

has remained unsatisfied for more than 30 days

from the date of its passing;

g) that the Defendants be directed to disclose their

means on affidavit for satisfying the decree of the

Plaintiffs under execution as per Section 51 of the

Code of Civil Procedure;”

4. Although the Defendants/Judgment Debtors have been served,

none appears for them and even the affidavit-in-reply is also not

filed.

5. Accordingly, the contents of the Chamber Summons, have

remained uncontroverted.

6. For the reasons set out in the Chamber Summons, the prayer

clauses (b) and (g) are granted.

7. Till further orders, the Defendants are restrained from creating

any third-party interests in respect of any of their properties.

8. Stand over to 18th March 2026 for consideration of other

prayers of Chamber Summons No.1561 of 2015.
