In the present Anticipatory Bail Application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the relief sought is of pre-arrest bail in connection with CR No.82 of 2016 registered with the Lashkar Police Station, Pune City, for the offences punishable under Sections 120B read with 406, 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

3. A learned Single Judge by Order dated 4th December 2024 has already granted interim protection to the Applicant.

4. The age of the Applicant is 80 years. The FIR is concerning the loan obtained in the year 2013 and the FIR has been lodged in the year 2016.
