3. Plaintiff, Defendant Nos.1, 2 and 3 have executed Consent

Terms dated 28^th January 2026 and Plaintiff and Defendant No.4 have

executed Consent Terms dated 28^th January 2026 (hereinafter referred

to as the “Consent Terms”), settling the disputes in the present Suit in

respect of all claims of the respective parties.

4. Consent Terms have been signed by Plaintiff’s Authorised

Signatory. Defendant Nos.1 to 4 have signed the Consent Terms in

their individual capacities. Advocates for Plaintiff and Defendant Nos.1

to 4 are present in Court.

5. Consent Terms dated 28^th January 2026 are taken on record

and marked as ‘X’ and ‘X-1’ respectively for identification. Consent

Terms dated 28^th January 2026 marked as ‘X’ are executed between

Plaintiff and Defendant Nos.1 to 3 whereas Consent Terms dated 28^th

January 2026 marked as ‘X-1’ are executed between Plaintiff and

Defendant No.4 separately. Consent Terms marked as ‘X’ are running

into 30 pages whereas Consent Terms marked as ‘X-1’ are running into

22 pages. Parties have confirmed that they have signed these Consent

Terms on their own free will without any fraud or coercion.

6. Order in terms of the Consent Terms.

7. The undertaking given by the parties in the Consent Terms

are recorded and accepted as undertakings given to this Court.

8. Suit is decreed in terms of the Consent Terms.

9. Registry is directed to draw up a decree reflecting the

Consent Terms.

10. Sealing of the drawn-up decree is dispensed with.
