Mr. Mohaimenul Mondal ..for the petitioner Ms. Sipra Majumder Ms. Prativa Ghatak ..for the State The petitioner alleges that the respondent no.9 was illegally selected as Asha under Chanchal Sub Division. According to the petitioner, her performance was better than the said respondent and as such the selection of the respondent No.9 was erroneous.
