CALCUTTA HIGH COURT IN THE CIRCUIT BENCH

AT JALPAIGURI

WPA 1273 of 2023

Jogesh Chandra Paul

Vs.

The State of West Bengal & Ors.

Mr. Bikramaditya Ghosh

…for the NBSTC

Mr. Subir Kr. Saha, Ld. AGP

Mr. Momenur Rahman

…for the State

At the time of call no one appears for the

petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for.

However, North Bengal State Transport Corporation

and State-respondents are represented by learned

advocates. It appears that on 4th July, 2023 matter

was taken up and in consideration of the prayer

made on behalf of the petitioner adjournment was

granted and matter has been fixed for hearing today.

It appears petitioner has lost interest.

The writ petition stands dismissed for default.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if

applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual

undertakings.

(Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
