The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the property was received by him by way of a Gift Deed. However, the private respondent nos. 4 and 5 are creating obstruction and disturbances in respect of enjoying the said property. To that effect, informations were furnished before the police authorities, but, no steps have been taken.
On the other hand, learned advocate for the State submits a report which reflects that the police authorities seems to be well aware regarding the disputes and differences between the petitioner and the private respondents in respect of the subject property/land referred to in the writ petition. The police authorities have already after seeking permission drawn up proceedings being Canning PS NCR No. 443 of 2025. The report also depicts that there is a long pending dispute.
Having regard to the same, the police authorities have not interfered with the right, title, ownership and usages of the said property.
Since already a dispute is existing and the same is over a particular property/land, I direct the police authorities to keep a strict vigil as also ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place over the said property. So far as the
