2. The instant intra court appeal is directed against the order dated 24^th July, 2025 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in CPAN 567 of 2024.

3. The order was passed in a contempt proceeding being CPAN 567 of 2024 in which violation of the Single Judge’s order dated 14^th March, 2023 is alleged. 4. The sum and substance of the case is that the private respondent/writ petitioner alleged unauthorized construction of entire third floor by the appellant. By an order dated 14th March, 2023, the learned Single Judge directed Jangipur Municipality to look into the complaint of the writ petitioner and hear all the parties and pass an appropriate order.
