1. Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record. In addition thereto documents have been filed on behalf of the petitioners in support of depositing additional court fees since there are 16 (sixteen) writ petitioners and same is also taken on record.

Petitioners participated in 1^st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (Assistant Teacher) for classes IX-X as well as 1^st State Level Selection Test, 2016 for being appointed as Assistant Teachers in upper primary level of classes. Since petitioners were selected in 1^st SLST, 2016 for classes IX-X, they were not connection with 1^st SLST, 2016 (Upper Primary).
