Petitioner made application for transfer on Utsashree Portal on 14th March, 2022 since petitioner was suffering from gynecological disorder. Transfer application of the petitioner was sent back by the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) Paschim Bardhaman being respondent no. 4 due to confusion arose with regard to medical report as it appears from the endorsement made by the school authority on 11th July, 2022 which is apparent from the document at Page 25. On perusal of the endorsement made by the school authority considering the report of concerned CMOH same is found to be contradictory requiring fresh medical examination to be carried out in order to ascertain present health condition of the petitioner.
It appears from the said document at Page
25 that through portal transfer application was sent back to the petitioner through the school authority. School authorities being respondent no. 5 to 7 are directed to forward the transfer application dated 14th March, 2022 again to the respondent no. 4 by fortnight from the date of communication of this order in offline mode. On receipt of transfer application respondent no. 4 shall obtain medical report from concerned Chief Medical Off
