This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the husband and is directed against a judgment and order dated October 06, 2023 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, in Miscellaneous Case No.03 of 2022. By the order impugned, the petitioner was directed to pay alimony pendente lite @ Rs.50,000/- per month and litigation cost @ Rs.2000/- per month to the wife opposite party herein. 2.
