The court's ability to manage case proceedings and ensure timely exchanges of affidavits is crucial for justice delivery.

The Court:- Re: GA/6/2025 GA No. 6 of 2025 is filed by the defendant referring the suits mentioned therein to a single Advocate Commissioner for recording evidence along with other prayers.

Re:GA/7/2025 GA No. 7 of 2025 is filed by the plaintiff praying for production of additional documents. Exchange of affidavits is yet to be complete. Learned Counsels seek to file affidavits.

Affidavit-in-opposition shall be filed within two weeks from date;

affidavit-in-reply, if any, within one week thereafter, in both the applications.

Both the applications, GA No. 7 of 2025 and GA 6 of 2025 will appear in the list on 4th August, 2025.

Re:CS/93/2017, CS/95/2017 & CS/96/2017 CS 93 of 2017, CS 95 of 2017 and CS 96 of 2017 will appear in the list on 28th August, 2025 for filing Advocate Commissioner’s report.
