In the judgment and order dated 22nd April, 2025 the following corrections be made.
In the appearance portion, the name of “Dr. Dudra Dhar” be replaced by ‘Dr. Rudra Dhar’.
In the 3rd line of paragraph 1 at page 2, the phrase “having any knowledge or consent or notice to” be replaced by the phrase “the knowledge or consent of or notice to”.
In the 4th line of paragraph 1 at page 3, the word “remain” be replaced by the word “remained” and in the last but one line of the same page the word “to” be inserted before the word “an”.
“sengupta” be replaced by the word “Sengupta” and in the thirteenth line of the same paragraph, the phrase “of respondents,” be replaced by the phrase “of pro forma respondents” and the phrase “of other appellant” be replaced by the phrase “of the other appellants”.
In the 3rd line of paragraph 2 at page 5, the word “respondent” be replaced by the word “opposite party ” and in the last line of the same page the phrase “the plaintiff” be replaced by the phrase “the array of plaintiffs”.
In the 1st line of paragraph 2 at page 6, the phrase “opposite parties herein” be replaced by the phrase “opposite party Nos. 1-4 herein”.
