On perusal the said report of the department concerned, it transpires that the same disclosed the contents of the supplementary affidavits submitted by the appellant and the affidavit in opposition filed on behalf of the respondents.

Mrs. Sabita Mukherjee Roy Choudhury,Ld. Advocate for the appellants submits that by way of filing supplementary affidavit the appellants have rectified the defects pointed out by the department through their earlier report and the order passed by this Lawazima Court on 23.06.25 and, thus, prays for allowing substitution application being registered as CAN 03/2021, thereby pass an order substituting the deceased respondent no. 1 by her legal heirs, as mentioned in the supplementary affidavit dated 02.07.25.
