1. The writ petitioner, the private respondents and the substituted respondent no. 9 are represented by their respective Counsels.
2. None appears on behalf of the respondent/State.
3. Mr. Halder, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the substituted respondent no. 9 submits before this Court that correct name of the substituted respondent no. 9 is Rosna Begum instead of Rosenara Begum. In support of his contention a photocopy of Aadhaar Card of the substituted respondent no. 9 is filed which is taken on record.
4. In view of such, the department is once again directed to delete the name of deceased respondent no. 9, Sayeeda Bibi and in its place the name of the substituted respondent no. 9, Rosna Begum be inserted.
5. Learned Advocate-on-Record for the writ petitioner is hereby requested to supply a copy of the instant writ petition to Mr. Halder positively within two working days from today.
