It is the contents of such information reflect that two CCTV cameras were installed inside the house and within the territory of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that such CCTV cameras had been installed for intruding her privacy and accordingly informed the police authorities but the police authorities did not respond to the same.
Mr. Karan, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the petitioner has already filed a suit being Title Suit no. 464 of 2022 before the learned City Civil Court, Calcutta. Subsequently, another suit being Title Suit No. 472 of
