Learned advocate for the petitioner hands up a letter dated June 23, 2025 issued by the Headmaster of Pukhuria Sureshchandra High School (H. S.) wherefrom it appears that the Headmaster has communicated to the learned advocate for the petitioner that since the school is a rural school and most of the students are poor, therefore the Headmaster is not in a position to appoint any learned advocate for lack of financial resources.

The petitioner shall communicate to the Headmaster of the said school within a week from date that the school can avail of free legal aid services from the West Bengal Legal Service Authority.
