1. This Mandamus Appeal is directed against the judgment and / or order passed by the Learned Single Judge of this Court on 12th March, 2014 in W.P No. 6225 (W) 2014 at the instance of the appellant which was figured as respondent No.7 in the writ petition.
2. By the impugned order, the West Bengal University of Health Sciences was directed to arrange for recounselling for filling up four (4) vacant seats of M.D. (Homoeopathy) course, 2003 in different Homoeopathy Medical Colleges affiliated to the said University. The concerned respondents were also directed to take steps with utmost expedition so that no further delay is caused in giving admission to the deserving candidates after holding appropriate recounsel
