1. The present appeal has been directed by the Appellant / OP No. 1 (hereinafter referred of as ‘OP No. 1’) against the final order / judgement dated 08.02.2019 in CC No. 496/2017 passed by erstwhile Ld. DCDRF, Kolkata Unit - II.
