The petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for a direction upon the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21^st October, 2025 by including the name of the petitioner in the pension paper book of the respondent No.6 being the wife of the respondent No.6.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is wife of the respondent No.6. There is a family dispute with regard to the petitioner and the respondent No.6. Accordingly, the petitioner has initially field a case being Misc. Case No. 15 of 1997 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for grant of maintenance for herself and her minor son.
