1. Present petition has been filed for quashing of proceedings of G.R. Case No. 1897 of 2022 corresponding to Ultadanga Police Station Case No. 95 of 2022 dated 30^th July, 2022 under Section 498A/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code. Translated copy of the of the document filed. Let it be taken on record.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and opposite party No. 2 married in 2005 and the opposite party left the matrimonial home in January 2010. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner filed a divorce case against the opposite party. It was dismissed in 2019. Petitioner filed an appeal which is kept pending consideration before the Division Bench of this Court.

5. Learned counsel prays for stay of the proceedings before the learned Trial Court.

6. Issue notice to the State of West Bengal through the office of the Public Prosecutor. Opposite party No. 2 be also served.

7. Affidavit of service be filed.

8. List this matter in the combined monthly list of March, 2026.

9. In the meanwhile proceeding in G.R. Case No.

1897 of 2022 corresponding to Ultadanga Police Station Case No. 95 of 2022 dated 30^th July, 2022 under Section 498A/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code shall remain stayed till 30^th March, 2026 or until further order whichever is earlier.
