1. Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

2. The writ application has been preferred praying for setting aside of the approval of the vacancy declared at Mauja and Village- Uttar Gorasahid -54, P.O. Gendagachh, District- Uttar Dinajpur vide vacancy declaration notice bearing Memo No. 321/SCFS/ISP/2024 dated 09.05.2024 being Vacancy ID No. 202200219102 issued by the Sub-Divisional Controller (F & S) Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur as approved by the Department of Food Supplies, Government of West Bengal.

On hearing the learned counsels for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, it appears that the case of the petitioner is that the vacancy 321/SCFS/ISP/2024, dated 09.05.2024 issued by the Sub-Divisional Controller (F & S) Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur, in the District of Uttar Dinajpur that the vacancy has been issued on the basis of redundant and non-existent Control Order of the year 2013 on being the West Bengal Public Distribution System (Maintenance and Control) Or
