1. Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.
2. Petitioner has participated in the 2nd State Level Selection Test, 2025 (for classes XI-XII) for appointment in the post of Assistant Teacher in

Grievance of the petitioner is marks awarded to the petitioner in written examination is not adequate to make the petitioner eligible for participation in the next round of selection process, i.e., personality test. However, petitioner has questioned correctness of the answer key to Question No.4 (Question Booklet -
D) of subject Bengali.
4. It is submitted that if it is considered that petitioner has opted right answer to said Question No.4 in that event, there will be enhancement of marks which will make the petitioner eligible to participate in the next round of selection process.
5. Mr. Kalyan Bandopadhyay, learned Senior Advocate representing West Bengal Central School Service Commission, appearing on virtual mode, submits that issue was sent to the concerned subject expert and it is found that there is no anomaly in the answer key to Question No.4 (Question Booklet - D)
of subject Bengali.
6. Concerned authority West Bengal Central School Service Commission is directed to file a report in the form of affidavit by one (1) week after ensuing Christmas vacation disclosing correctness of answer key to Question No.4 (Question Booklet - D) of
7. At this stage, Court is not inclined to interfere with the selection process but same shall be subject to final result of this writ petition.
