1. The present appeal has been preferred against an order whereby, on an application filed by the plaintiff/appellant, that is, the auction purchaser of the suit property, inter alia seeking injunction restraining the defendants from obstructing the plaintiff’s free egress and ingress into the suit property and in disturbing the plaintiff’s utilization of the suit property, the learned Trial Judge has granted a general order of status quo in respect of the nature, character and possession of the suit property, directing the same to be maintained by both parties.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the vague nature of the status quo order, the defendants/respondents may take undue advantage of the same and carry on disturbing the ingress and egress of the appellant to the suit property.
3. The premise of the suit is that the appellant, being an auction purchaser, was handed over clear possession of the suit property.
