1. The petitioners have field the present writ application praying for a direction upon the respondents/authorities for release of the payment due to the petitioners.

2. This Court finds that there is no dispute with regard to the payment of dues by the respondents to the petitioners. It is submitted that the petitioners have already received the principal amount but the authorities have not paid the interest.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that due to the non-availability of fund, it is not possible for the authorities to pay the interest as claimed by the petitioners.

4. This Court finds that the authorities have paid the principal amount but have not paid interest. This Court finds that initially the petitioners have filed the writ application before this Court and by an order dated January 21, 2021 this Court has disposed of the writ application by directing the Executive Officer, Bagdah Panchayat Samiti, Bagdah to take steps for consideration of
