1. The present contempt application has been filed alleging the violation of an order passed by this Court on December 16, 2024 in CAN 2 of 2024, an application for repair filed in connection with FAT No. 70 of 2023.

2. In paragraph no. 8 of the said order, this Court had recorded that since the repair sought in paragraph no. 4(a), that is, the reconstruction of the ground floor roof, may tantamount to a reconstruction which requires permission from the local Municipality, the said reconstruction was to be permitted subject to sanction in that regard, if necessary in law, being obtained from the local Municipality.

3. Thereafter, this Court disposed of CAN 2 of 2024, the repair application made by the present petitioners, by permitting the appellants (present petitioners) to carry out the necessary repair works as indicated in point nos. (b),
