The learned Registrar General of this Court is requested to effect service on the added respondent as well as the respondent no.3. i.e. the Officer-in- charge of Itanagar Police Station, District – Papumpare intimating them that nobody has represented the respondent no.3 despite several services being served by the petitioner. The said authorities should ensure proper representation on their behalf before the Court when the matter is
