2. On consent of the parties, the application being CRAN
10/2025 is taken up for hearing.
3. The application for restoration/recalling has been filed by the petitioners against the order dated 25.09.2025 passed by this court thereby dismissed the criminal revisional application for default.
4. Having heard the submissions of the parties and on perusal of the application, it appears that the petitioners have explained the causes for non-appearance, the causes are sufficient, satisfactory and accepted.
5. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 752 of
2017 stands restored to its original file and number.
6. The application being CRAN 11/2025 is, thus, disposed of.
7. List the matter on 9th January, 2026 under the heading “Contested Application”.
