1. This is an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), challenging an award dated December 28, 2017 passed by the learned Arbitrator.

2. The dispute emanated from a loan agreement executed between the parties. The loan was obtained for purchase of heavy vehicles for mining related works and excavation.
