1. The petitioners have preferred the present writ petition seeking implementation of the order dated 03.09.2020 passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench in MAT 1221 of 2019 and MAT 1367 of 2019 which was subsequently upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No. 2809 of 2021 and TP (C) Nos. 1288-1297 of 2022.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submit that the Hon’ble Division Bench vide order dated 03.09.2020 had modified the order of the learned Single Judge and issued the following direction:-

“Under such circumstances, we modify the order of the learned Single Judge by directing the appellant to make payment of salaries equal to basic pay in the scale of pay of a regular teacher working in Higher Secondary Section in a Non-Government Aided Higher Secondary School with effect from 28 July, 2010 being the date of the order which is quoted above till 24.12.2013 when the precious G.O. dt. 28th July, 2010 stood withdrawn
